Consular Services Events in Hue and Da Nang

Message for U.S. Citizens:

Upcoming Consular Events in Hue and Da Nang, Vietnam

March 11 and March 12, 2024

  Residents of Central Vietnam, we are coming to see you!  Representatives from the American Citizen Services unit of the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City will be in Hue (March 11) and Da Nang (March 12) to answer your questions.  During our visit to Da Nang, we will also accept passport applications and perform notarial services.

Also, don’t forget that you can also meet us in Ho Chi Minh City during our Consular Open House this Wednesday, March 6, starting at 1:00 p.m., or you can a💦lso follow along online via  () if you cannot join us in person.

Hue, March 11

We will hold a Consular Community Hour in Hue on Monday, March 11, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.  at the Silk Path Grand Hue Hotel, Bach Yen Room, 2 Le Loi💙, Hue City.  We will be on hand to answers questions about voting overseas, passports, documenting children as U.S. citizens, and other services we provide.  We will accept sealed ballots to be mailed to th𒀰e United States via diplomatic mail as well as completed applications for U.S. passport renewals ( only).  See you there!

Da Nang, March 12

We will once again be at Six-on-Six Café, 64 Ba Huyen Thanh Quan, Bac My An, Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang on March 12, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Please note these services are by appointment only and customers must pay with exact change in cash (USD or VND).  We will only be accepting passport applications and providing notar🐼ial services during this event.  Consular Report of Birth Abroad applicants should make an appointment in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, here: .
